Day 5: Art!

Okay, so the idea today was that I was going to compile some pieces of art that I made and post them up on here and on my Deviant art! Buuut... I never really made any, except one piece that I don't even feel like scanning... So instead, I'll save that for next week and today I'm going to talk about one of my favorite expressions of art...

     Okay, okay, so maybe dress up games don't count as art exactly. But I know that the artists that make these put a lot of heart and work into them, just so the young (and young at heart) can play and try out style ideas! Goodness knows I like style and games.

     I started playing dress up games when I was probably in 3rd grade and have been hooked since. I remember when Dollzmania only had those chunky pixel doll bases... Oh those were the days. These days I am a big fan of the doll makers Pichichama and Rinmaru. They make the cutest colorful games... And I know that women that are older than I am play, so I feel no guilt! :P

     Dress up games aren't only just good fun... I have even used them to create great fashionable looks, as well as think up outfits and even characters themselves for drawing!
