The County Fair

        

We ate so much food.

     One of my favorite seasonal occurrences has finally come to town... This is my favorite time of year because of a few things like Halloween and Thanksgiving, but a big one has to be the fair. The lights everywhere, all of the great food. Plus the chance of puking your guts all over your friends on the rides. Surely the latter wont happen to me, because this year I just planned to maybe go on a few rides and mostly eat fried food.

     I went to the fair, just me and Josh and we had a wonderful time!

These are some photos of the arts and crafts/flora that students and residents alike submitted to be judged! The strange plants are ornamental peppers, I thought that it was so awesome how colorful they were, I mean orange, purple and red all on one plant. So impressed.

Although we only ended up going on one ride, I still had a great time. One of my favorite parts of the fair is was livestock! This season's fair was packed with plenty of cows, foul and rabbits!

I even had the chance to win a rabbit in a game, but Josh said no because we can't afford a pet right now. v-v I understood, we really are broke.

We got to pet plenty of cute animals, like the goat goat goat above and the cows and donkeys! Look at Josh's hands in the top right hand picture! :D

I am so happy right now in my life and the fair was just a huge perk. Joshua really knows how to show a girl a good time. Oh yeah, we ate a massive smoked turkey leg, funnel cake with blueberry topping and a candied apple! What a great way for us to get into the fall feeling!
