Fall Look

Fall is so warm and cozy...

     When it gets to be this time of year I get so excited... The crisp air, the beautiful array of colors in the trees, the aromas... Not to mention the holidays. But I especially love fall fashion. Fall hues are always so comfortable and welcoming.

     I decided that I wanted to put up my first specifically designated fall look of the season! I am basing the look on some of my favorite themes... Keeping the warmer tones in mind and that this season is also great when using surprising pops of color!

     Since it is usually warm here, a typical fall look wouldn't be made up of what you would usually expect. No scarves, no beanie hats and no under shirts. It was very hot and humid the day that I took this (and by me, I mean Josh) so I was even pushing it with the flannel, knee high socks and moccasins.

     I was so glad that I finally got to test drive the new socks out with an outfit, they are so sweet and lacey. I have had the moccasins for probably a year or two now and I never get tired of them. The are pretty light too, so I can wear them with shorts, but when the cooler weather rolls in I can pair them with socks and they keep in the warmth. The shirt is actually Joshua's and the shorts are thrift shopped.
