




I have such a little butt...
So I'm going to complete this challenge! While researching online ways to ahem, plump up my posterior, I came across this one particular workout that caught my eye. The 100 Day Squat challenge.
The aim of this workout if to lift, firm and help make your butt have just a little more oomph than usual. I have been trying jump rope, regular daily squats and other gluteus workouts but I decided that it was high time to take it up a notch.
Each day for one hundred days I must complete at least 100 squats
Sounds daunting doesn't it? I'm not going to let that get me down. Every 3 weeks I'm going to upload photos of my progress so that you can really see the difference.
This is the first photo. I have a little butt, huh? But that is what I'm doing this workout for! So I can have some serious business in the back. Wish me luck viewers.
