what are you going to do with it?

I only have a little bit of life on my record, honestly. So I don't think that I have done that much. I got my GED so that I could work. I guess that counts for something. I am in a good relationship with my lover, which is really awesome. I also am working a new job that I love and that has really good opportunities to go along with it, assuming that it all works out. I want to have a stable, happy life, making art and making happiness with Joshua. That is all.

Here is yet another of my new looks for work!

I already had my owl tank top that you see here, but the cardigan and the skirt are a new addition! I also have a new pair of way fresh wedges.

Here is another pair of handmade-gauge-hiders. They work perfectly for shielding my not so work appropriate lifestyle choices.

bragi: what kind of music do you like?

I love music. I love all types of music. I was raised predominantly on classic rock and roll. However, I do like modern pop and some rap. I really like indie rock music which covers a huge range of different talents. I also like psychedelic music, vintage country, vintage western and vintage gospel music.

rhiannon: how you ever been betrayed?

Oh boy, is this a fun one. Yeah, of course I have been betrayed. Plenty of times and mostly by my family and friends. The worst time I have ever been betrayed probably would seem pretty silly to most, but it broke me. When I was still in high school and I was dating Josh, he cheated on me with another girl. I am over it now, obviously. Kids do dumb things... But I guess we are still kids to most people, however, I like to think that we (and our relationship) have come a very long way.

i had mentioned that i was considering this a while back

Like I mentioned a few posts back, my Mama finally came home from Iowa. And along with Mama, came all of Mama's jewelry making tools. All of which she bestowed upon myself. Therefore, for the past few weeks or so, I have began to prepare merch to sell online!

Yes, I will be selling handmade jewelry with different themes such as mori girl, crystals and pastel goth pieces on an online shop. If I do well with my pieces online I may also do a few free giveaways for those of you that show the best interest. I haven't decided yet how I am going to incorporate a giveaway into my posts yet, but I will keep updating on my blog as I go.

Mori?

I feel as if I'm onto something here...

     Along with the other fashion trend that I have been interested in pastel goth, Mori, Mori Kei or Mori Girl is a trend that has me pretty captivated. So basically this style is based on what you would expect a kind of faerie girl living in the forest to look like. Not so much a woman of hiking sport, but a cute, girly, lacy, kinda frumpy, grandma type. With fur and bows.

     I started looking at this stuff just a few weeks ago and I think I am getting closer to my style niche.

I found this picture on a blog that was featuring this gentle style. However, these girls seem to be styled a bit more sweet than I usually like. Some of the internet styles that I really liked had more neutral colors and many more layers, if you can believe that.
