Thanksgiving Treat!

Tasty Oven Baked Acorn Squash!

I guess that you wouldn't consider this a really traditional Thanksgiving treat, however, it is a great fall treat! So here we go!

Okay, I so have a total of four windows in my little apartment, and that includes my french doors. That being said, there is absolutely no flattering lighting in my house. So this looks a lot less appetizing than it was. It was actually very tasty, and packed full of vitamins.
