プリンセスリズが言う: Christmas Decorations!

And here we are yet again...

I find my self sneaking decorations all throughout the house without Josh hardly even noticing... Hardly. However, I did manage to get Joshua to lend me hand when it came to decorating, as well as with the tree!

What better place to start than at the front door.

Here, I have a dollar store door bow. It is very golden, and very glittery. I used some of the extra tree branches from the Christmas tree to trim the bow a little. I also re-used my fall gourds! With just a little bit of gold, and silver glitter spray paint, viola.

And now we move inside...

See that small white candle? That is my attempt at a small yule log! I used the end piece that was cut from our tree, and a few limb cuttings to make the candle base, then I hot glued a few acorns on, plus some type of seed pod from a tree that I found.

Here are the stockings that I made for Joshua, and myself! See those ornaments bobbles? I gave them the look of dangling from the shelf by placing a strip of electrical tape underneath the shelf (the shelves are removable) and I just suspended them using simple ornaments hooks!
