Nails!

I painted my nails and they look so preeetty!

As I have said before, I have really been inspired fashion wise by this new pastel goth trend! I have also been seeing a lot of nail art pieces that have been utilizing the use of tape... This is my shot at those attempts!

First, I selected my nail polish! I really like Sally Hansen nail polisn and L.A. COLORS: color craze! They always stay really well have nice consistency. I have also learned that you absolutely cannot go without a nail polish base coat.

But, alas, unavoidable when you paint your nails... So, I opt for using a base coat.

These took some time to do, but all in all they were pretty simple! All I did in order to form the sharp edges was use tape! You're going to need a small paint brush, some tweezers, a napkin, and obviously, some tape. I applied my base coat and used the tape to create shapes! I used tape for each of my nails, with the exception of the heart! To make the heart shape, I made three small dots of nail polish in a triangle shape and then used a tooth pick to pull the heart shape together! To top it off I used a clear, super glittery top coat! After the glitter, I applied one more clean top coat and viola! Cute nail perfection.
