100 Day Squat Challenge

I totally gave up on this so called "challenge"

     Sorry readers, nonexistent and the alike. This challenge wasn't all that hard for me, but I found it boring and repetitive. I like to shake up my exercise routine and this was not exciting in the least... I didn't even do it every day when I first started it! I decided that my butt isn't going to get that much bigger anyway because I don't have access to a good source of protein. 

     Anyway, on to the next exercise.

     While reading an article on Cosmogirl, I found an exercise that they claimed to really give you oomph in your bum. They are called back leg presses. I'll also add a link so that you can read the entire article, but when I start doing these I'll let you all know how they work out and if they suck or not.
1. The Back Leg Press. This bent-over leg press targets your obliques (hi, six pack!) as well as your butt and calves. As you bring your leg in toward your elbow squeeze and hold for a few seconds; as you extend your leg tighten both your butt and abs. Do eight to 15 reps of this move on each side three times.
